On Saturday 3/27 several members of the Sayville Running Company Racing Team were at it again. The second race on the GLIRC race calender was the Run For Aspire 10k. For those of you who have never run the Aspire 10k I would highly recommend it. The course is a very challenging yet fair course. It has the right mix of uphills, downhills and flat fast sections. It is a race that every runner should get out and do at least once. I am sure that the other team members would back me up on that.

Suffolk County Half Marathon

The following day (3/28) some members of the SRC team ran at the Suffolk County Half Marathon. Great results again from those team members.

1) CHRISTOPHER GREEN 1:16:20 5:50 *1st Overall
4) MARK CARBONE 1:21:30 6:14
