Training for Cross Country? Come down to our high school/college specific Thursday night group run. The run starts promptly at 6pm from SRC. There will be a guided run for all ability levels (options from 3-7 miles) by experienced college runners and coaches. Come down and meet other runners, get some cool giveaways, and get in shape for XC!
